Kim Cattrall gave birth to "Samantha Jones" and aside from being super sexy, she was confident, strong and always stood up for herself. Kim is a U.K, Canadian (yay!) and U.S citizen and touted an eclectic resume of work long before SATC including Star Trek, Porky's and Big Trouble in Little China.
