Q&A-HOW DO I HELP MY DEPRESSED FRIEND?

Over the past few weeks, I've noticed a friend of mine start to slip. Wearing PJ's in public, sleeping in when she has commitments, the house is a mess and won't have people over (but won't clean it), she just doesn't care and it shows. Great girl, tons of potential too! I've seen this with her before when her outside reflects the inside. She ends up pushing people away and isolating herself, sinking further.
